compassionate space where clients feel truly heard and supported. I believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship is essential to achieving meaningful progress, so establishing trust and rapport is always my top priority. My hope is that each client feels empowered, validated, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges with confidence. I have experience and a deep interest in working with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. I have a particular passion for supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, as well as those recently diagnosed and managing chronic health conditions. My work focuses on helping clients navigate the emotional and psychological challenges that can arise, providing them with the tools and support they need to thrive. I have experience helping clients work through anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, and challenges related to emotion regulation. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, tailoring my methods to meet each client’s unique needs. I have training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Additionally, I utilize parts work. I have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process trauma and distressing experiences. Above all, I am committed to providing a supportive and empowering therapeutic experience that fosters growth, healing, and resilience. |
