My name is Autumn Dow, and I am a licensed psychologist specializing in psychological and neurodevelopmental assessment for individuals ages 6 through adulthood. My goal is to help you gain a clearer understanding of mental health, cognitive abilities, personality, and support needs—whether for yourself or your child.
Through comprehensive evaluations, I provide tailored recommendations based on assessment findings and individual needs. These recommendations offer guidance for treatment options, school or workplace accommodations, parenting and lifestyle strategies, and additional resources.
I evaluate for a range of diagnoses, including ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, specific learning disorders, intellectual developmental disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, conduct disorder, intermittent explosive disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), tic disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD and other stressor-related disorders, depressive disorders, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder.
My training and experience have provided me with a strong foundation in neurodevelopmental and psychological evaluation. I have conducted psychological assessments, provided therapy, and collaborated with clients, families, schools, and other professionals to ensure holistic care. My background includes experience in projective assessment and behavioral therapy for children with autism, as well as mentoring and teaching future clinicians. I earned my Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree from Midwestern University and hold a B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Texas.
