Using evidence-based techniques and interventions, I help clients navigate through challenges, develop coping skills, and work towards personal growth and healing. I approach each client with empathy, respect, and nonjudgmental understanding, working collaboratively to help them navigate and overcome personal challenges, promote well-being, and foster emotional growth. Working with children and adolescents centers around creating a safe and nurturing space where young individuals can express themselves, explore their emotions, and develop healthy coping mechanisms. I am dedicated to promoting their emotional well-being, supporting their social development, and empowering them to navigate the challenges they face at various stages of their lives. I advocate for the unique needs of children and adolescents, utilizing a blend of play therapy, creative interventions, and evidence-based techniques to help them build resilience, self-esteem, and positive relationships. I believe that establishing a strong therapeutic alliance is essential for creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I embrace a client-centered and strengths-based approach, utilizing open communication, respect for diversity, and collaborative goal setting. I aim to create a foundation of trust that promotes healing, growth, and positive change in each client mental health journey. |
