I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2020 and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2022. I provide services for a variety of issues which include depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, trauma, PTSD, etc. I primarily work with adolescents and adults.

I am passionate about helping individuals attain a deeper understanding of themselves by identifying values, belief systems, and their origins. I strive to find the right therapeutic modality to serve individuals and assist them in achieving their goals. It is my goal to be compassionate and authentic in creating an atmosphere for individuals to feel heard and supported throughout the change process.
