As a mental health counselor and veteran specializing in trauma, crisis, and substance abuse, I'm committed to creating a safe and supportive space for clients navigating challenging life experiences. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus on child psychology and biology at UW-Eau Claire in 2021. I completed my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with concentrations in Substance Use and Trauma and Crisis at UW-Stout in 2024. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management, ADHD, OCD, grief/loss, communication and relationship stressors, and general life transitions. I have experience working in intensive outpatient facilities, outpatient facilities, providing both individual and group therapy. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
