Payment & Insurance

​We offer both self‑pay and insurance options for psychological evaluations. Self‑pay remains a straightforward and reliable choice for many clients, and all evaluation services are available on a self‑pay basis.

​We now accept select insurance plans for psychological evaluations. Coverage and benefits vary widely, and we encourage clients to contact their insurance provider directly to verify coverage, benefits, and any out‑of‑pocket costs. For clients with out‑of‑network benefits, many insurance plans may offer partial reimbursement. We are happy to provide a detailed Superbill to support your claim, though we cannot guarantee insurance coverage or reimbursement.

Evaluation Options & Fees

1. Comprehensive Neurodevelopmental Evaluation — $2,800
Includes 5–7 hours of direct testing, individualized assessment battery, and results meeting.

2. Comprehensive Mental Health Evaluation — $1,800
Includes 2–4 hours of direct testing, tailored assessments, and results meeting.

3. Abbreviated ADHD Evaluation — $1,200
Includes 2–3 hours of direct testing, ADHD‑specific measures, and results meeting.
