Couples Therapy & Relationship Support

Whether you are navigating a difficult season or seeking to grow your relationship in meaningful ways, we create a safe space where both partners feel heard and respected. Couples therapy is available in-person or via teletherapy.

Group Therapy for Personal Growth

​Group therapy is a powerful way to find meaningful connection and insight through shared experience. We offer groups for teens and adults throughout the year based on community needs. Joining a group can provide a unique sense of belonging and support as you navigate personal growth.

​Specialized Psychological & Diagnostic Evaluations

​We provide comprehensive psychological evaluations for children (ages 6+), adolescents, and adults at our Eden Prairie location. Our assessments are designed to clarify diagnoses—such as ADHD or learning concerns—and guide effective treatment. We provide data-driven, thorough insights with deep respect for each person’s unique story.
