I am a graduate from UW-Stout and have earned my Masters degree in the area of Clinical Mental Heath Counseling, along with specialties in addiction, trauma, and children/adolescents. I have gained experience working within the school systems to help support children/adolescents to become more successful in and out of the classroom. 

I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and a person-centered approach, in order to meet each individuals needs.

 I believe that each person that I get the opportunity to work with comes to my office with their own unique stories/circumstances that impacts their overall well-being. I see myself as a guide to help educate and empower individuals on how to become their most optimal version of themselves.
