Elizabeth Jasper, M.S., LPC - IT
Licensed Professional Counselor - In Training I received a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in outpatient clinics, in-home, and school-based settings. I also have a background working with the autism spectrum, anxiety, trauma, depression, family dynamics, grief/loss, and mood disorders. I tend to be eclectic when working with my clients and recognize each person is unique—drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and expressive interventions.
I believe that each person deserves to have a supportive and safe space to process and explore their world and aim to implement these values in practice. While working with my clients, I focus on a holistic approach to work together with them to create motivation towards change. |
