Elizabeth Sproul, M.S., LPC - IT
Licensed Professional Counselor - In Training My focus includes working with clients experiencing a variety of symptoms including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, PTSD, early childhood trauma, and grief/loss. My empathetic and caring nature has driven me to pursue a career where I can be an advocate, voice, educator, and supportive listener. My authentic approach and ability to meet the client where they are at creates an environment for understanding and growth. My therapeutic approaches vary with the needs of the client in front of me. I have experience working with children and adolescents, where my ability to bring warmth and comfort into session helps clients better understand themselves. If you are a parent seeking help in understanding your child and/or improving their behavior or an individual seeking a better understanding of self, my education from UW-Stout in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and my experience can help you or your child reach their full potential.
Outside of my work as a therapist, my interests include: a passion for endurance sports, baking, and reading. I look forward to working with you or your child. |
