We honor that each person's journey and healing is unique and individualize our counseling services to you. We specialize in anxiety, depression, eating disorders, substance use disorders, and trauma. Some of our treatment approaches include Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), EMDR, Eclectic, Experiential Therapy, Gestalt, Humanistic, Integrative, Interpersonal, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, Schema Therapy, Brain Spotting, Narrative, Strength-Based, and Trauma Focused.

When utilizing insurance benefits to pay for counseling, it is important to know what your plan covers. Please be sure to call the member services number on the back of your insurance card to verify that your therapist is in-network with your insurance plan, and what your co-pay, co-insurance, and deductible are, to help you determine what you will pay per session (if anything).

$150 Initial Intake Session - 60 minutes (required for new clients)
$125 for a 53-60 minute session
$80 College Student Rate (53-60 minute session)

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
- Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
