I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Substance Abuse Counselor (SAC), and I am passionate about helping people understand themselves. My primary goal in therapy is to provide a safe, compassionate, and empathetic environment where you feel supported and understood. I use an eclectic blend of therapy modalities, recognizing that no two people are alike. I value the therapeutic relationship and its importance in the therapeutic process. I have experience working in a variety of settings with diverse populations and presenting concerns including but not limited to childhood trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, life transition, and relational dynamics.
