Are you feeling confused about why you behave and respond the way you do? Do you want to better understand how your past experiences are impacting your present? Do you want to make changes, but aren’t sure where to start? If so, you have come to the right place, and I’m here to help.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Substance Abuse Counselor (SAC), and I am passionate about helping people understand themselves. My primary goal in therapy is to provide a safe, compassionate, and empathetic environment where you feel supported and understood. I use an eclectic blend of therapy modalities, recognizing that no two people are alike. I value the therapeutic relationship and its importance in the therapeutic process.
I have experience working in a variety of settings with diverse populations and presenting concerns including but not limited to childhood trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, life transition, and relational dynamics. If you are ready to better understand yourself and work towards change, I’m here for you.
