Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2012 and then my Master of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2016. I became a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Wisconsin in October 2018.
I offer a multitude of services for a variety of issues which include depression, anxiety, grief/loss, emotional dysregulation, trauma, co-parenting education and discord between family members. I primarily work with adolescents, adults, and families. I am trained in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I am also an LGBTQ+ Affirming Therapist. I value the therapeutic relationship and work hard on having clients feel comfortable and understood in session. It is my goal as a therapist to find the right therapeutic modality that serves you and your goals. I offer services both in person and through telehealth. |
